With the property market in the UK and America looking unsteady, the Dubai property market remains stong.
Demand is still high with a 53% rise in price of residential houses and apartments in the last 12 months. The only thing that we do not want to happen is the problem that has occurred in the UK with supply exceeding demand due to a flooding of the investment property market.
What was thought not be seen in Dubai was the trend that is emmerging for eco friendly properties. If Dubai can do it then anyone can!
